NetSuite Consultant

The Role

My client is looking for a local ERP Implementation Consultant to assess where things went wrong, stabilize the system, and guide their team through a successful go-live. You'll work directly with their staff and leadership — no layers of bureaucracy, just real impact from day one.

What You'll Do

• Audit the current ERP setup and identify gaps, misconfigurations, or missed requirements
• Develop and execute a recovery plan to get the system functional
• Train and support our team so they can use the system confidently day-to-day
• Act as the point of contact for any vendor or technical escalations
• Document processes and configurations for long-term reference

What They're Looking For

• Proven experience implementing or rescuing NetSuite ERP Projects
• Comfortable working in small business environments where you wear multiple hats
• Strong communicator who can translate technical issues into plain language
• Miami-based or able to be on-site regularly
• Self-starter who can hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding
